Refund Policy
Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided the physical product has not yet shipped. Once a signed hardcover has been dispatched, no refund will be issued for the physical component. Digital community access and video masterclass access are non-refundable once activated.
